If you’re looking for a document editor, you may want to check out Document Writer by Mindspeak Software. Document Writer is a full office suite for the iPhone and iPad (it is universal) and it has many features that you may be wanting from an “on-the-go” word processor. Here is a small list of a few of the things it can do: Create and edit Rich Text documents, create and edit spreadsheets, you can doodle sketches, convert Microsoft Office documents to PDF, annotate PDFs, sign PDFs, scan documents, there’s a file manager, voice recorder, and more. Also, you can wirelessly transfer files to or from your Mac or PC.
You can use all of the features you’d expect in a document editor, like Bold, Underline, Italics, and Strikeout. You can also change the color of the text and the font type. Of course, this app wouldn’t be complete if you couldn’t add spreadsheets that are editable elsewhere, but it does have this. You can create a spreadsheet within the app, then email it to your Mac or PC using Excel, and easily pick up where you left off.
This app is probably best if you have an iPad (due to larger screen), but will work just fine on an iPhone. We tested it on our iPhone 6 and didn’t have any huge issues with the usability of the application.
Finally, you can share your work when you’re finished using a few different services, whether they’re wireless or wired.

If you’re looking for a full-featured document editor for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, myOffice should have you covered in just about every way. The only pointers we have for the developers is an updated and refreshed UI, as it does look a bit dated. WWDC 2015 just wrapped up recently so we thought we’d break down all of the new features of iOS 9. Here they are in no particular order:
Keyboard Changes: Finally, all letters on the keyboard are changed to uppercase if you press the caps button, and lowercase if the caps button is not pressed. This will make it a lot easier for people to type when they know if they’re in caps mode or not.
iCloud Drive: iCloud Drive can now be enabled inside of the settings application. This will allow you to see everything in you iCloud Drive account.
Siri: Siri has an all new, super clean look! (Similar to that of the Apple Watch).
Notes: Apple has updated the Notes app and it includes better image support and a new sketching option. It’s got tons of new features and we think you’ll be using it a lot more with iOS 9.
Settings Search: You can now search anything in settings using the search bar at the top of it.
Contacts:Â Contacts are now stored in the Proactive menu by swiping right, rather than in the app switcher.
Side Switch: On iPhone you can now use the side switcher to mute the phone as usual, or to lock rotation.
Passcode: By default, if you’d like to set a new passcode, it will now prompt you for a 6 digit passcode rather than a 4 digit one. However, you can still change that and set a 4 digit one instead if you’d rather have that.
Find My Friends/Find My iPhone:Â These apps are now built-in and not 3rd party. You can also view Find My Friends via a Notification Center Widget.
Battery: Oh boy, there’s a lot to write for this one. Using the proximity sensor and ambient light sensors, the iPhone can now sense if it’s face down. If, say, it’s face down on a table and you receive a notification, the screen will not turn on, so it will waste less battery. Other enhancements include the fact that you’ll be able to get about 1 extra hour of usage on your iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus just from having iOS 9. On top of that, you can enable Low Power Mode to get up to 3 extra hours of battery life. In Low Power Mode, Mail is fetched manually, brightness and motion are reduced, network speeds may be reduced, and other things are lowered in the background to conserve even more battery.
Battery Settings: There’s a new section in the Settings app that is completely dedicated to battery. In this section, you can turn on the Low Power Mode, however you can also view which apps use the most or least amount of battery. Also, in Notification Center, you can now view the iOS device battery left as well as your Apple Watch battery power.

iOS 8.3 just went live earlier today for the public. This long awaited update includes many stability improvements as well as Wireless CarPlay and a new Emoji keyboard. While many people will notice the new Emoji keyboard almost immediately, it’s important to note that Apple has now changed the spacebar on the keyboard when typing an address in on Safari. They have shrunk the “Go” button and elongated the spacebar which means you’re now much less likely to accidentally press a “.” when entering in a string of text to search on the internet (we all know how annoying that was).
Apple has also decided to change a few things in Passbook, like how they’ve separated Apple Pay and Passes so you don’t get them mixed up. One of the other smaller features which some (myself included) will enjoy is the ability to download and install free apps without entering a password. Now, we’ll list all of the changes, including those above, and smaller updates and fixes.

Power-Up by Playing With Giants plans to make its debut in the App Store on April 9th. The game will be available on all iOS devices and will have an introductory price of $2.99. Below we’re including the app/gameplay trailer. This game looks like it’s going to be an awesome horizontal shooter that has inspiration from R-type and Hellfire.
