Angry Birds 2 Announced

Well, we all knew it would happen. An “Angry Birds 2”. This name is quite deceiving, though, considering how many titles Rovio already has with the “Angry Birds” name. Nonetheless, this new game should be a hit among all Angry Birds fans. In Rovio’s words, it will be: “bigger, badder, and birdier”

We’ll have to wait and see what that means. It’s set to have a special event on July 28th, which should reveal more information about the title. It’s set to be released on the 30th. We are excited to see what this game contains! Let us know what you think below.

Power-Up by Playing With Giants plans to make its debut in the App Store on April 9th. The game will be available on all iOS devices and will have an introductory price of $2.99. Below we’re including the app/gameplay trailer. This game looks like it’s going to be an awesome horizontal shooter that has inspiration from R-type and Hellfire. Power-Up looks like it will be a hit when it is released, but in the meantime, check out the trailer and info below!

Modern Combat 5: Blackout, now Free-to-Play

Gameloft, the developers of Modern Combat 5, have decided to push their Modern Combat 5 game to a free-to-play pricing model. The price of the app dropped today, from $3.99 to free. For those of you who have already purchased the game, no need to worry, Gameloft has decided to implement an “energy system” (you know, those annoying systems where you can play 5 times, and then have to wait 20 minutes to play again). However, if you’d already purchased the game, you will get unlimited energy. Not only this, but you’ll also get a special “veteran kill-sign”, as well as 200 in-game credits. Still, many players will still probably be irked by the fact that the game is now completely free (with IAPs), but at least they’ll be slightly compensated.

Here’s what’s new in version 1.2.0:

Hey everyone, today we’ve got an App Demo of an awesome game called Bunnies’ Empire: Defend your kingdom! by Dominic Hamelin-Blais. This game is very reminiscent of Plants vs. Zombies but don’t let that fool you, this game has many differences. You have to protect your garden from the invading foxes. You use your bunnies and the armies to take down the enemies. You can upgrade your troops when you get enough coins, and you can also upgrade special skills. This will give you a big advantage on the tough levels, allowing you to use strategy to plan your defense. This game is very fast-paced and can definitely be played at any time of the day that you get a minute or two to relax. The music and sound effects are great, and the graphics are very well made. The gameplay is addicting and enjoyable for all ages. Check it out on the AppStore!

Ninja Climb Classic iPhone App Demo

Hey everyone! Today we’re taking a look at Ninja Climb Classic by Jeremy Daily at JANJstudios. This is one of those games that will slowly become your “go-to” game when you have a few spare minutes throughout your day. The gameplay is simple enough to get the hang of in a few minutes, however it’s going to take much longer to master the ropes! As you jump back and forth between ropes avoiding the ninja stars , your score increases. The whole point of the game is to get a higher score than everyone else. There are powerups to help you along the way, as shown in the video above. The golden shuriken makes you invincible for a short period of time allowing you to get through tough spots with ease. There are 9 unlockable characters, each can be earned through gameplay. The graphics look really good with an old-school retro look with a modern touch. The music and sound effects are great too! This game is very polished and I highly recommend you check it out!
